It is a joint venture of BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen and ZF. Cofinity-X GmbH is based in Cologne and was founded in 2023.

innogy.C3 is a joint venture between
innogy SE and C3, the company is running as an internal agency called International
Digital Channel(IDC), worked closely with another
division Digital Communications Hub(DCH). I am part of the development team of innogy
IDC.
The team includes two divisions, the Sitecore team, and the custom project team.
The Sitecore team was in charge of all the projects based on Sitecore, such as the DBR
project and bit.B. In this position, the tasks
are including front-end and back-end implementation.
The company will be closed due to the M&A process between innogy SE and E.ON.
